What is coordination?
Your coordinator will run & execute your perfect wedding day. With your master plan & timeline in hand, we will decorate, run your ceremony, communicate with vendors...and a complete a thousand tiny tasks in between. We do this so you and your families can relax and trust that someone else is doing all the heavy lifting (mentally & physically) on your wedding day.
Who needs wedding coordination?
Everyone! No one will be more grateful than your mom that you booked coordination (we promise) but our couples also love the peace of mind coordination brings. It is especially fitting for couples that want to be as hands off as possible and focus on celebrating & enjoying this once in a lifetime day.
What we do
Décor Set-up
From centerpieces to favors to delivering a special note to your dad, we will take care of all the set-up details.
Ceremony Coordination
We will line up the wedding party, release everyone to walk at the right time, and direct the flow of the ceremony, so you can focus on enjoying your special moment.
Vendor Coordination
We will direct & assist vendors upon arrival. We will act as the liaison between all vendors.
Emergency Kit
Whether it’s a lipstick smudge on a dress or a quick need for a mint, our bridal emergency kit has everything to keep your day running smoothly.
Timeline Management
We will help you, your family, and your vendors stay on track to say "I do" on time!
Hands-on Assistance
We will pin, fluff and straighten to perfection to ensure every last detail is in order.
